You will be the only member of the Ad Ops team in a satellite sales office, you must be a self-starter and able to troubleshoot issues on your own. You will be successful in your role if you can communicate clearly and succinctly with the sales organization and partner well with them. Success will be measured by the ability to effectively manage campaigns to full delivery, to provide seamless service to clients, and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The hire should be innovative, analytical, constructively support all other departments in the sales organization, and help to create client solutions that overcome the current technical challenges in digital media.
