    Success will be measured by the ability to effectively manage campaigns to full delivery, to provide seamless service to clients, and to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The hire should be innovative, analytical, constructively support all other departments in the sales organization, and help to create client solutions that overcome the current technical challenges in digital media.




    The ad ops coordinator will oversee the entire campaign delivery lifecycle from a technical perspective, including:

    • Setting up future campaigns in the ad server
    • Inventory management
    • Troubleshooting issues with tags / creative
    • Monitoring current campaigns, making any necessary optimizations to ensure delivery, as well as assisting account management with client-facing recommendations
    • Interacting directly with the client on technical ad-related items
    • Acting as technical subject matter expert in sales organization, and handling ad-hoc client and other technical ad requests


    • Well versed in digital media, specifically ad products, with at least 6 to 12 months of previous experience in ad operations or sales support.
    • Prior experience trafficking in an ad server (DoubleClick DFP preferred)
    • Fluency in the language of digital media: impressions, CTR, CPMs, eCPMs, SSPs, DMPs, etc.
    • Fluency in the language of online measurement: uniques, page views, visits, referrers, etc.
    • Experience with Operative One; the Google suite of products, including Google Analytics; and social media
    • Fluency in Microsoft Excel
    • Desire to learn continuously and the ability to learn quickly
    • Strong attention to detail in order to minimize error
    • Ability to work autonomously, proactively organize daily tasks, and make own to do list
    • Ability to interact with clients
    • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and troubleshoot issues independently
    • Ability to effectively build reports, analyze findings, and make recommendations
    • Enthusiasm for the future of brand advertising on the web and building that future with us
