Overview

Reports to the Director, Creative Operations. Creative Operations incorporates project management, creative resourcing, workflow improvement, and creative production.

 

The Creative Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing project management and administrative support for the creative team. Requires advanced organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments at once.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in managing budgets in post sale (Google Sheets & Quickbooks).
  • Assisting in managing the day to day activities & performance of the creative teams (both pre & post sale)
  • Keep Account Managers and Producers informed of creative vacation calendar.
  • Help maintain creative resourcing on projects, work with accounts and producers to ensure creative work is accurately scoped and accounted for.
  • Assist in processing contracts, scopes of work, master service agreements, timelines, and project plans/budgets.
  • Help manage overall schedule and resourcing
  • Coordinate with the Director to plan projects including schedules, resources, time estimation, cost and project completion requirements. Obtain necessary approvals and communicate plans to relevant stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively and proactively with various internal teams at all levels to identify areas for process improvement
  • Work with finance to ensure timely processing of invoices
