Job Description

This position is an entry level opening for a candidate with strong organizational and communication skills.  The candidate should be comfortable coordinating on the behalf of the team with employees, vendors and consultants at varying levels.  Communication style should be professional, succinct and effective.  The candidate is expected to define the most efficient format for managing a complex and diverse list of initiatives in a fast-paced environment with a varied group of stakeholders.

 

Projects will range from custom, white glove ad executions to major launches and system migrations.  The candidate will be responsible for maintaining necessary communication across all impacted parties and coordination of all dependencies required to meet deadlines and minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Development, Ad Product, Ad Operations and QA teams to plan for appropriate testing, training, and transition plans to ensure seamless implementations.
  • Lead day-to-day Revenue Operations Project Management activities including:  Project Initiation, Risk/Issue Resolution, Project Planning, Budgeting, People Planning, Scope Management, Iterations and Communication.
  • Coordinate testing activities between business and technical stakeholders.
  • Escalate any scope entity that impacts delivery deadlines and profitability.
  • Hold or communicate weekly status with clear deliverables, issues, risks, dependencies to project team and stakeholders.
  • Partner with all stakeholders to ensure scope is defined, requirements are developed per the scope and quality experiences are delivered on time.
  • Engage with various lines of business to manage and prioritize ongoing support and maintenance activities across our digital experiences.
  • Become a subject matter expert and work with our team and other internal teams to continue improve our applications and platforms.
  • Track all digital Ad Revenue related project initiatives and timelines via a calendar tracking tool.
  • Summarize, analyze and share results post initiative rollout.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
  • Must have strong organization and communications skills.
  • Must have an attention to detail and a commitment to consistency.
  • Ability to lead a cross-functional project team, juggle multiple projects at one time, and execute against firm deadlines.

 

Additional Experience “Plus”

  • Project Management Certification of any type.
  • Experience with digital ad sales and executions.
  • Experience with project management (agile project management preferred).
  • Experience with JIRA and Asana.
  • Spanish language proficiency.
